The Southeast Colorado Renewable Energy Society (SECRES) is a chapter of CRES, whose members come from the Arkansas River drainage – Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and the southeastern section of the state. SECRES was founded in June 2003 to promote, educate and advocate for solar and renewable energy.
